Front desk and office staff were incredibly helpful and patient in sorting out the complicated payment options. Rooms with a view offered a great view of the city. Room service was extremely accommodating, especially when it came to warming up milk for the little one's bottle. The manager, head of waiters, and barman were all professional and provided excellent customer service. The hotel itself was cozy, beautiful, and conveniently located. The breakfast selection, while mostly Lebanese-themed, could benefit from a greater variety of bread choices. The staff were helpful and responsive, even late at night. The location was very convenient, with free and secure underground parking available. The breakfast selection was sufficient and additional requests were accommodated. The views of the city and surrounding hills were stunning. a quiet and comfortable property. We will definitely return in the future.
